Laura Regincós - My recipe

PINEAPPLE SORBET


INGREDIENTS:
-1 tin of pineapple in syrup.
-1 egg.
-2 tablespoon of cornflour.
-9 tablespoon of sugar.
-2 glasses of water.
-1 lemon.


INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the pineapple into little pieces.
Take out the juice from the tin of pineapple, 2 glasses of water, the egg, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 9 tablespoons sugar, the juice of lemon and the grated peel and put it all in a liquidizer.
Boil the mixture and when it starts to boil pour in the pieces of pineapple and put into the fridge for two hours.
Serve.
