Nil Romero - Winner Second Writing Competition

Once upon a time in a little village on a big field one a dragon blow on the houses of the village and he burnt the house of the people of the people of the village. This dragon lived in a mountain and he protected some old treasure in the cave of the beach.
A one explorer of the village looked around the mountains, when he didn’t see the dragon, he went to the cave, while he was leaping over the rocks he become tired so he laid in the fields. Suddenly he found the old waterfall in this waterfull there was an old magic jacuzzy, and this water magic, he took a beautiful magic cup, this water transformed the explorer in a flying car, he flew around the island and he sho the big dragon, and the dragon died. After the victory the explorer became a big tresor in the village. The reward with his victory was a little cottage on a hillside with a beautiful doorbell, and the all of his family went to live with the explorer incluiding his stepmother and grandfather.

Once upon a time, a pop star called Travola, who lived in a cottage in the mountain. She lived with a frog and it was called Blup.
One day, in the forest, the pop star found a magic box in the middle of two rocks. She split it and took the carpet of. She blew the box and she opened it. From inside of the magic she got a talking fish. The talking fish said that he was from another galaxy and he needed to return to his planet.
He sad thank you for open the magic box and helped him.
The fish spat in the floor and a really big lake appeared, like a sea. Then, he leapt into the lake and he disapeared from this day, the pop star had ever big audience and fans.
She thought that it was for the talking fish…

Once upon a time I was in a strange wood. I was sitting on a tree with my friends and I saw a girl who was looking for something. Oh! Sorry, I didn’t tell you my name yet: My name is Cristobal and if you aren’t surprised now you will be surprised when I will tell you what I am:
I’m a bird, a talking bird.

Well, I will continue with my history.

The girl seemed worried and sad and I wanted to ask her but it was too late, the strange girl started to walk to the mountain. I thought to follow her and ten minutes later my thought became real: I started to follow the girl. From now I will call her Princess.
I looked around the wood but I couldn’t find her. I looked for her a lot of time but the princess didn’t appear. After one hour I started my perfect plan. I hurried up and I walked to the mountain. After a bit I found a cottage. I wanted to find the princess and for this I rang the doorbell. No one opened the door for me and I flew into the larder window. I went down the stairs and I found a jacuzzi. It was full of water and it seemed that someone was there not long ago. I was very tired and for this I went in the jacuzzi. After that the things changed a lot.

Suddenly I appeared in a very dangerous street. I was frightened because I didn’t know what was happening. Suddenly I heard a noise. I turned and I saw a bank robber who broke into the bank. I wanted to tell the police but I couldn’t because suddenly the strange and dangerous street disappeared and I returned at the jacuzzi. I didn’t understand anything but the only thing that I knew was that the jacuzzi wasn’t a normal jacuzzi, it was a magic jacuzzi. In front of me was a waterfall and I went through it. I appeared in a very beautiful beach and I sat on the sand. I was watching the sea when someone called me: it was the princess. She said: Cristrobal, Cristobal! I went with her, very surprised, and she told me that she was hanging on for me. She hugged me and I closed my eyes. After one minute I opened my eyes and I saw a bedroom, and I was in a bed. I was in my bedroom and in my bed! I continued not to understand anything.

All this story is very strange and the only explanation I found was that it was a dream. A king of dream between a beautiful dream and a beautiful nightmare…

I will never forget last sumer when I and Sandra got lost in the rainforest. Meanwile Judith and Danielle were sleeping. We were esxtremely hot.

We set off at twelve o'colck. We took a caravan. Suddenly, we found the lake. It was the biggest lake I had ever seen. Later we jumped into the lake and swam. When it got dark, we felt exhausted and we went into the caravan and slept. Suddenty the caravan moved. At that moment we went out and we saw the caravan falling into the lake. I felt extremely scared. At that moment Judith and Danielle found us.

Finally we could go home.

Ishamara - I will never forget

It all began in july of 2010. I never forget the week I spent with my friends in the desert.It was with my boyfriend Jamie, my two fiends and my enemy. It was July but it was hot outside. I can still remember that we were extremely hot.

At some point Amy and I went for a walk arround the pyramides. I couldn't believe my eyes I was with my enemy!Next we went to the pyramides with her. I remenber I got so proud of that trip. In that moment but I didn't know what would happen then. Sara, Jacob and Jamie didn't go with them bacause Sara had to go shopping, Jacob wanted to play the guitar quietly and Jamie wanted to sleep . Then Amy felt bad and she sat on the stone.Suddenly we were followed the secret corridor.Next we were in the secret room. There were mountains of gold reliquies. They kept a lot of those reliquies. Then we went back with the other friends. I felt relieved in that moment.

I WILL NEVER FORGET!

I will never forget the week that I spent with my friends in Carcassone. It was the most beautiful village I’ve ever seen. It was a village in Catalonia. I remember that it was nighly hot but there is got cloud. I felt very happy and excited because It was a week that I could walk every day and I could know others things.

One day we climbed a mountain, we got up early. Next we had breakfast and finally we began to climb the mountain. The weather was fantastic, it was sunny and it also was hot. When we were in the middle of the mountain, we realized that we were lost. We felt scared and at that moment we thought that the best thing to do was to go back, but we didn’t find the way back home.
When it got dark, we slept because we couldn’t do anything else.
Suddlenly, I heard a noise and I woke up. Yes, that voice was my father’s. All the people were looking for us.

In the end I arrived home healthy and excited! It was the most frightening day of my life!

Carla Segura - I will never forget

I will forget the 3 days I spent with my friends in London. It was a city in the east of England. I remember that it was extremely hot.

I felt very happy, exciting, with my friends. One day we saw the change of guard in “Buckingham Palast”. Then , in the afthernoon we visited “Natural History Museum”. While I was in the museum, I was bored, because I wasn’t interesed. At last we went to the hotel. The second day we swam in the hote pool. Next, we went to the shop and we went to the hotel. Then we went to the party. Last day, two boys stole my bag and I didn’t have money.

Finally, we arrived home and we were very proud because of the trip. It was the most frightening day of my life!

Judith Lanzas - I will never forget

It all began when i went to the rainforest with my best friend Claudia and two more friends, Tom and Jack.In the rainforest, it was extremly hot.

When we arrived in a ghest house, I and Claudia decided to go for a walk in the rainforest at six o'clook, we took come water. Tom and Jack didn't come with us because they angered.While we were walking through the rainforest, we found a abandoned house.When we went into the house, we saw that all was destroyed but there wasn't anyone.Then we looked out the windows and we was thet it was dark.Then we decided to keep in the house.Suddenly we heard some noises.When I got up, I saw all house full of big snakes.Suddenly I started to shout. Claudia got up and she started to shout too.Then, Claudia and I started to run away.I fell on the floor. Next Claudia helped me to get up.

Finally Tom and Jack turned up and helped us.

Paula Figueras - I will never forget

I will never forget the week that I spent with my basket team In the summer camp of Miami. It was the most beautiful city that I have ever seen. It was in the north of America. I remember that the weather was perfect, all the day it was sunny and hot.

We went there by plane, it took us 12 hours from Spain to Miami. But it was worth it!! It all began when we arrived to the summer camp. The landscape was fantastic. As soon as we left the bags, we went to the beach. On the beach there were a lot of people who did surfing, so the next thing that we did was to find a coach. Finally, when we find a coach, he taught us how to do surfing. It was excellent! In the beginning it was very difficult, but when I caught one wave, I felt very proud of myself. Every day we did the same: first we got up very late, then we went to the beach, later we did surfing and finally we spent the whole nights at the parties.

All in all I want to say you that it was the best week of my life. But now I will have to work during three years if I want to pay this trip. It was extremely expensive! However I will never forget it!!

Anna Masó - I will never gorget

I will never forget my holidays with my friends in Ibiza. It was a small village in the south of the island. It was very hot.

Everyday, in the morning we went to the beach. Later we had lunch in the campsite. Then in the afternoon we went to the village. Next we had dinner in the restaurant.
One day we went to another beach. It was extremely beautiful and quiet. We swam on this beach. Suddenly I saw a lot of the fish. We played with them.
I felt highly happy. It was the funniest day of my life.
During those holidays we met new girls and boys. Now we are best friends.

In the and we went back home. I will never forget those holidays!

Martí Nolla - I will never forget

It all began on 11 th september of 1998. I will never forget the week I spent with my friends in the rainforest. We were 4 friends: Jack, Sally, Hilary and me.
It was a hot week. I can still remember that we got very excited.


Sally and me, decided to go for a walk in the rainforest.We toock a bag with a lot of fod and drinks. We started to walk at 8:00 o'clock. One hour later we found a river. Fortunatly we had taken the swimming suit and we jumped into the river. We started to swim and then we got lost in the river. I remember feeling very scared!


At that moment, it started to get darck. We didn't have a sleeping bag! Suddenly we heard a noisy sound and we decided to climb on a tree and slept there. We were in the rainforest for 2 days, and we survived because we had a lot of food and drinks.
In the end the police found us, and we could come back to the house.


At las the first thing we did when we arrived at home was to sleep in our bed for 15 hours.

RECIPE

MUFFINS
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 grated lemon
¼ kg sugar
¼ l. milk
¼ sunflower oil
400g flour
1 Royal spoon

Preparation
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Light the oven.
Put the sunflower oil, the milk and the grated lemon.
Beat with a spoon and pour the Royal and the flour.
Pour everything in the muffins paper.
Pour the sugar on the muffins.
Put in the over for 40 minutes.

I'll never forget... - Carla Perera

I'll never forget that day. It all began in December 2002. I was walking to my friend house. I felt sad. I was crying because my grandfather had dead. I felt alone. I can still remember the last winter, it was freezing outside, we were very cold. My grandfather was wearing lots of clothes. Then I remember he didn't come back.

Suddenly, he appeared in front of me. I couldn't believe my eyes. When all of a sudden, I was running because I felt frightened. After I arrived at my friend's house I started to cry. I was nervous and scared. He asked me what happened. I didn't answer, he thought I was crazy.

At that moment I decided not to tell anyone.

MY HOBBY - Ariadna

I started when I had 7 years old with my friend Laia in the club gimnastic Montgri. In the competitions I felt embarrased and I was nervous.

The second year that I did gymnastics I go to the Catalunya championships in group. There we came 8th out of lots of groups, I was excited. When I had 11 years old the teacher she stoped and I went to the other gymnastic in La Bisbal (El griu). I went there for 2 years.

Then I leave it and did football and now nothing.

MY HOBBY - Jordi Lopez

To start with my hobby is play football. I started playing football when I was 5 years old. I played football with my friends for Baix ter.

An important experience for me was play in the league. This year we won the league.The best thing is the football match.

Finally football is my hobby.

MY HOBBY - Quim Alaball

In my free time I draw, paint and do origami . I like drawing and painting because I’m an artistic person and the origami because it relaxes me. I learnt to draw three years ago in a drawing class. I learn to drawing classes because I couldn’t draw naturally, and nowadays I have a painting in the Torroella exposition.

On the one hand I haven’t improved because I haven’t got an origami teacher but on the other hand the things I make good. I draw with three generations of people, this people are friendly. I started to draw with charcoal and now I draw with oils.

In conclusion the people believe, that I drawing very well. In the future I want to do a different hobby.

MY HOBBY - Carla Perera

What I want to talk about is the hobby I had when I was younger. My hobby was handball. I first started when I was six years old at the school with my friend in Granollers. I started to go because I had fun with the ball and my friends.

Furthermore, we won the competition our team was called Coaliment, it was formed from differents schools in Granollers what competiton.

What's more the team were mixtes, playing girls and boys together.
In conclusion I liked handball because it was very enjoyable and very easy!

MY HOBBY - Sergi Mir

I'm going to tell you about my hobby: Football.

I started to play football when I was 6 years old, and I played the position of goalkeeper. I played in Torroella for the team Baix Ter. I was and I still I am a very good goalkeeper.

An important experience for me was when one day when I played football one of my teeth fell out, and I had to stop the match, because of this I played the position of goalkeeper, and this position is very important. One father took my tooth and when the match was finished he gave it to me.

Perhaps this year U.E.Figueres took me, and I will go to Figueres and do a trial, and if Figueres say OK you can play in a this team, then I will say no this year because I want to play in Baix Ter and play in the 1st division.

My Recipy
Ingredients -one yogurt of limon.-200g flour.-150g sugar.-2 royal spoon.-1/2 a small cup with sunflower oil.-3 eggs.

Preparation 1. Beat the yogurt,flour,sugar, Royal spoon, sunflower oil and eggs.2. Heat up the oven and bakebthe cake.3. After 30 minutes, open and take it out from the oven.4. Pour the sugar.

Laura Regincós - My recipe

PINEAPPLE SORBET


INGREDIENTS:
-1 tin of pineapple in syrup.
-1 egg.
-2 tablespoon of cornflour.
-9 tablespoon of sugar.
-2 glasses of water.
-1 lemon.


INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the pineapple into little pieces.
Take out the juice from the tin of pineapple, 2 glasses of water, the egg, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 9 tablespoons sugar, the juice of lemon and the grated peel and put it all in a liquidizer.
Boil the mixture and when it starts to boil pour in the pieces of pineapple and put into the fridge for two hours.
Serve.

Maria Aupí - My recipe

Recipy: Cheese cake.

Ingredients:

– philadelphia.
– 3 yogurts.
– 3 eggs.
– 50g flour.
– 150g sugar and butter for the mould.

Preparation:

Light the oven at 175g. Put butter on the bowl and pour some sugar and some butter.

Put in the bowl all ingredients, the cheese, the yogurts, the eggs, the sugar and the butter. Mix everything with the mixer.

Pour everything in the bowl and put in the oven. When the cake is baked, put it in the fridge.

I'm Jordi Jacas - My recipe - Spanish Omelette

Ingredients:

4-potatoes
1-small onion
4-eggs

Preparation:

1-Peel,clean and chop the potatoes and onion.
2-Heat up the oil and when it’s hot ,pour the potatoes and the onions and let it cook.
3-Beat the eggs.
4-Stir well the potatoes and the onion with eggs.
5-Pour everything into the pan, steer it well until set. Turn it over until it’s set.

Heat in up for 3.5 minutes.

I'm Judith Lanzas - Presentation

To start with, what I want to talk about is my hobby, music. It has been part of my life for many years.
First of all, I've always been interested in music. An important experiences for me was when I danced in front many people but with more children.The first time that I danced in front of people was in a summer class with my class. We did groups and went dancing. I was very young but I can stillremember it.The second time was when we did a show with the summer camp in the summer. We had to dance in pairs. It was a summer dance. I remember that we were going with a skirt and a swimsuit. I remember feeling very funny. When I was older, I went to funky classes with my friend. We learned some dances but I don't remember them now. All are important experiences for me.

Nowadays, the past course (4 ESO) we did a dance showin the PE class. I love listening to music, when I play with the computer, when I go the travelling, with THE iPod.I like all kinds of music except hip hop, rap and opera...

In conclusion I've always liked music and I will continue liking it in the future.

To start with, I am going to talk about my hobby, sport.
I really like sport and It has been part of my life for many years.

On the one hand, I got interested in sport, many years ago.
The first time I played handball was when I was 9 years ago.
I played for one year and then I went to live another town for 2 years.
When I came back to Torroella I started to play handball.
I remember feeling very excited when I played the first handball match.
On the other hand , nowadays I can't play handball, and I do other sports.
First of all I go running on the beach and on the mountain. Secondly I go swimming in the sea and in a swimingpool. Last but not least I go cycling.
All in all I do a lot of sport because I hurt my back and I have to get over it.
In conclusion I really like sport!!

I'm Carla Segura - My presentation

To start with I’m going to tell about my hobby. My hobby is basketball.
I’ve played basketball since I was eight years old. I practise basketball in La Bisbal in the club “Bisbal Bàsquet”. I play basketball three days a week and on Saturday morning I play a basketball match.

I got interesed in basketball a long time ago because I was tired of the gym. The first time I played basketball I felt really scared because I’m very shy. Nevertheless I still play basketball. First of all I played with a mixed team. But hen, I played with the girls.

An important experience for me was when the coach brougth us to Barcelona. We went to see Barça basketball players. As I went with my friends, we took a photo with the Barça basketball players. I felt so excited. We couldn't believe it!

In conclusion, I think that basketball won’t be my favourite sport in the future, because I’m not passionate.

I'm Ishamara - My presentation

To start with, I am going to tell you about my hobby: Swimming.
It has been part of my life for many years.


So, I got interested in swimming thirteen years ago, when my parents signed me in swimming lessons. It was great, the best in those times.

When I was learning, I made exhibitions and competitions with other colleagues.
I like a lot swimming in the sea. Furthermore I think it’s more amazing than swimming in the swimming pool. And then, when Icould jump into, I was scared!
Nowadays, if the water is dark I don’t swim there, because I’m scared.
An important experience for me was when I did a life-saving course (c.i.s.a). It is really important and interesting.


All in all, I think swimming is important because if someone falls into the water you can rescue him/her.
It’s fantastic to learn other styles while you’re enjoying and making friends a lot!

I'm Anna Masó - My hobby

To start with, I'm going to talk about my hobby. My hobby is swimming. Nowdays I swimming only in summer. I got interested in swimming a long time agoI can still remember the first time I swam.
The first time was when I was 3 years old, so my mother wanted to teach. Then the next summer I wnt to the swimming summer camp, called Aqüàtiques. All the summers I went to Aqüàtiques. An impotant expirence for me was when I was 10 years I went to red boey in the beach. I felt proud of myself. One summer, when I was 11 yeras old. I coldn't go the swimming summer camp because I went to old. I mean I coulden't go there because I was 11 years old. Nevertheless now I practise only in summers. What's more I'm lucky because in my house I have a big swimming pool.
In conclusion, I think swimming is very important for your health.
You can do much exercise!

MY HOBBY IS BASKETBALL

To start with I’m going to tell you about my hobby, Basketball.
First of all I want to talk about when I got interested in this world. When I was eight years, a friend told me that we wanted to play basketball and I accepted. The first team where I played basketball was in “Bisbal Bàsquet”. The best thing was when I played the first match of my life. I was so proud of myself, I felt happy!
Every year we have got a different coach and different matches. Now I play basketball three days a week and every weekend.
Another important experience for me was when I went to see a match of “Regal Barça” in “Palau Sant Jordi”. We were lucky, because we could take a photo with the Barça players. I remember feeling very excited.
All in all I think that the basketball is the best sport for me. I’ve learnt to play with a team and also I know persons very important for me and a lot of friends. But nowadays I think that girls aren’t given as much importance as men boys.

I'm Paula Figueras - Presentation

Hello, my name is Paula and what I want to talk about my hobby, that's tennis. I've played tennis since I was six years old, because my sister played tennis too and my mum also signed me in.

I played in the "club tennis la Bisbal". When I was six until twelve I practised this sport three times a week, but when I started ESO I left to practise only once a week.I got interested in tennis when Rafa Nadal started to win all the matches. Before I always trained with the same people, one boy and one girl, and the coach said that we would be the stars of the club. But when I started to train once a week, the other people who trained with me continued improving. Nowadays they are good tennist players and I'm not. Furthermore I didn't like playing matches and my teacher forced me to play them, so I was always angry with him.

An important experience for me was when we went to summer camp and we did water sports.

In conclusion I would like to say that the basket matches are more exciting than the tennis matches. I mean that the basket is better than tennis, but I want to continue practising tennis.

I'm Irene Colls - Presentation

I’m Irene and I’m going to tell you about my hobby, that is basketball.

First of all I’m going to talk about when I got interested in basketball. I started when I was nine years old, because my sister played basketball and I wanted to do the same as her. That year, I signed in because the other girls also did. Nowadays there isn’t as many femenine teams as before. In la Bisbal Basquet now there are two feminine teams.

The best thing of all is that the basketball has given me my best friends and great days.

An important experience for me was when we went to see a match from Barça. That day I felt very happy and exhausted, because we were with the Barça players.

Finally I feel very proud of starting basketball and I wish I can keep playing basketball for a long time.

I'm 11 years old. I live in Ullà near Torroella in Catalonia.

I watch tv 6 days a week in summer. I like soap operas because they are interesting. I don't like the news because they are boring. I sometimes watch cartoons because they are funny. I hardly ever watch comedies because they aren't amusing. I don't like chat shows because they aren't entertaining. I sometimes watch sports programmes because they are interesting. I hardly ever watch game shows because they are dull.
My favourite programme is “ el club de la herradura “ because it is very interesting and funny. I watch this programme every day. It is about 3 girls that ride a horse. I really enjoy it !!!

I'm 12 years old. I live in Torroella in the north on Catalonia.In summer I watch TV six or seven hours a week.

I hardly ever watch cartoons because I think they are boring. I sometimes watch sports programmes because they are interesting. I often watch soap operas because they are entertaining. I often watch comedies because they are enjoyable. I never watch the news because they are boring. I hardly ever watch quiz shows beacuse they are boring.

My favorite TV programme is Polonia. It is a comedy. I like it because it is enjoyable.

I often watch documentaries because they are very interesting. I sometimes watch game shows because they are amusing. I never watch chat shows because they are not exciting.

My favourite programme is Walker Texas Ranger because they are funny.

She was walking on the street and her black shoes were sounding like a horse walking on metal.
No one was there except her. There wasn’t any noise, any children shouting, any neighbours listening loud music. Nothing except her steps.
The woman was wearing a red dress. She had brown curly hair, she was slim and beautiful –thought the man.
She knew that her house was near and she wasn’t scared but she wasn’t safe.
The woman realised that he was looking at her and she started to walk fast.
The man started to walk faster also.
The woman turned the corner and when she wasn’t in view, she started to run. She arrived in front of her house and she started to search the key in her handbag. She was very nervous and her hands were shaking. Finally she found the key and opened the door. But before she enter in her house, she looked to the corner to assure herself that the man wasn’t ther yet.
She closed the door and took breath. She was safe but also curious and she went up the stairs and looked through the windows. The man was there, in the street.
He looked very angry. He was looking at the street, he didn’t understand anything.
This is only an example of gender violence.
Most of women, some day, passed with a similar thing. This must change, and only the women who think they are important can do it.
Be an important woman!
